HFC Winter Grassroots Soccer Program

Mondays, beginning January 11, 2020

We are offering a winter grassroots program, indoor for a select number of players over the winter period. This program will be carefully designed to teach the kids the fundamentals of the game whilst having fun.

Training Focus

  • Developing motor, coordination, and ball control skills to improve understanding and enjoyment of the game
  • Dribbling and controlling the ball with different parts of the foot
  • Receiving with the inside of the foot
  • Practice throw-ins
  • Receiving aerial balls
  • Basic turning skills using the inside, outside, and sole of the foot
